I feel so lucky I grew up there! My childhood memories in this house, in this region, are the best! And I am really looking forward to sharing my love for this place with you.

If you are traveling with your friends or with your whole family, staying here is the best option. The house is located in a very quiet area, at a walking distance (10 minutes) from the village. Montaigu-de-Quercy is a small traditional market town at the north-western border of the Tarn-et-Garonne department. It was founded in the 12th century when a castle was built on the hill by Raymond of Toulouse, to defend the region against attack by Richard the Lionheart to the west.

The Saturday market has a very good selection of local and fresh produce and it is the best time to visit the town at its liveliest! In summer time, there are festivities every weeks and you should definitely spend some time at the large leisure lake, where boating, sandy beaches and a lot of activities for everyone are available.

The house can accomodate 6 people :

• 3 bedrooms : 2 with double beds and one with 2 single beds

• 1 kitchen + 1 summer kitchen by the swimming pool

• 1 bathroom (bathtub + shower) + 1 shower and toilet by the pool

• TV - Barbecue - Terrace - Big garden - Garage - Washing machine - Dishwasher etc.

10% discount for a 3 weeks stay (or more).

The price remains the same for 1 to 6 people.

• Bed linen and towels included.

• Food is not included.

• Cleaning service at the end of your stay is optional : 100€

Concerning French classes :

• They are usually in the morning but the schedule is flexible.

• If the different people staying do not have the same French level, the 10/15 hours can be split.

• Extra hours can be booked (40€ per hour).
